Typical Querétaro street
Cobbled, colourful, lined with trees/bushes, houses with balconies, and a skyline that usually has a church dome or tower. A number of the streets in the heart of the historic centre are pedestrian-only, and all traffic streets are one-way. A walker-friendly UNESCO world heritage city.

Hacienda – final sunset
I returned to Querétaro on the last night of my trip to colonial Mexico, however this time I stayed on the outskirts of town at a hacienda hotel, where I enjoyed my final views of the Querétaro sky at night.
